Focal Point was a spectacular performance of aerial daredevilry and pyrotechnic explosions on board LV21, the finale of the FUSE Medway Festival.
I produced this film for a youth theatre project devised by Play On Words Community Theatre, filmed on location at Fort Amherst and The Great Lines, Chatham.

ACDC Vs Iron Man 2 was an architectural projection mapping on Rochester Castle using the latest in animation techniques, a project by seeper, sony and jack. I was called in to shoot the night’s events.

Earlier this month we filmed hundreds of school children singing a selection of National Anthems for the award ceremonies at the Modern Pentathlon World Cup being staged at Medway Park, 8-11 April 2010. Light Vessel 21 arrived in Medway today and was berthed at Gillingham pier. LV21 is a 40 metre steel-hulled lightship being transformed into a floating cultural facility designed to provide a range of services promoting and supporting the creative industries in the Medway area and beyond, whilst celebrating and honouring the maritime traditions of the vessel. LV21 Ltd was set up by myself and Päivi Seppälä as a vehicle to celebrate Kent and Medway’s maritime heritage as well as becoming a unique venue with an individual and distinct identity, one of the area’s prime platforms for cultural activities across diverse artistic disciplines. …continue reading »
