Another film produced for the BBC highlighting the ‘behind the scenes’ operations across a number of BBC locations.

This promotional video was commissioned by BBC Workplace to promote and celebrate the work of the hundreds of behind the scenes personnel. They are the invisible army that keeps the BBC running smoothly and efficiently enabling it to produce quality programming. The video explains the roles that they play within the organisation and recognises the value of their work.

I’ve just completed a promotional film for BBC Workplace which I filmed at various BBC locations including White City Media Village, Television Centre and Bush House.

The film was produced in association with Feet On The Ground Events and will be used at BBC corporate events to promote the work of BBC Workplace.

I led a filmmaking workshop for BBC Blast when it visited Medway last week – 15 students, 4 cameras, 4 hours!

We covered areas of basic camera operation, interviewing techniques and production roles. I also took part in a ‘speed dating’ Meet The Professionals session where industry professionals were grilled by 50 young people who want their jobs.

Blast aims to inspire and motivate young people to develop their creative talents and showcase their art, dance, film, music, writing, games and fashion on a range of digital platforms.
