This time lapse film documents the construction of Atelier, an innovative development of one, two and three bedroom apartments and creative studio workspace units in Poplar E14, a partnership between Swan Housing Group and Acme Studios. Swan Housing Group was tasked with building this 66 unit housing development including 21 affordable work studio units by Tower Hamlets.  I was commissioned to produce this time lapse film to demonstrate the speed and efficiency of an innovative building process which enabled the complex to be built in just 270 construction days. The project has been shortlisted for the Lloyds Arts & Business Innovation Awards 2009.
