Strictly 14 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Or we'll have to shoot you ;-)
COPYRIGHT
Copyright is retained by Spaghetti Weston on all work including footage, video, images, audio, ideas, graphics and illustrations unless specifically released in writing and after all costs have been settled. Clients have unlimited use of work they have commissioned, but duplication, broadcast or publication by third parties is prohibited without written consent from Spaghetti Weston. Or we'll have to shoot you ;-)
Clients are responsible for all licences for any use of third party copyright material including images, soundtracks and audio, footage and graphics. Spaghetti Weston assume that all third party material supplied, or instructed to incorporate into a project, has already been legally licensed by the client.
PROJECT ACCEPTANCE
At the time of proposal Spaghetti Weston will provide the client with a written estimate or quotation. All estimates and quotes are based on information provided and are liable to change.
CANCELLATION FEES
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge. Cancellation charges are calculated from the day that written notification is received by Spaghetti Weston Ltd. Charges are based on how many days before the starting date of the contract notification is received.
Cancellation within 5 business days or less - 50% of total contract fee is payable.
Cancellation over 5 business days - 25% of total contract fee is payable.
